Membership fees for both Individuals and Businesses are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Please be certain of your desire to join the Real Diaper Association before submitting payment.  Thank you.

Tax Exempt Status

The Real Diaper Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All Individual and Business Membership Dues are considered donations toward the RDA Mission and are tax-deductible.

The Real Diaper Association (RDA) has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.  The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.  

Information Automatically Logged

This site uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our site.

This site records the browser type to monitor market penetration of various web browsers so we can better determine the Internet technologies we may utilize in the design of our pages.

Personal Information

This site collects personal contact information through the Individual and Business Membership JOIN RDA forms as well as the newsletter generated by Constant Contact.

The personal contact information is utilized for personal contacts by local Real Diaper Circle Leaders as well as to assess the demographics of RDA membership. The Real Diaper Association board of directors will not share or publicize lists or names of donors with third parties. Occasionally, and only with permission, we will share individual donor names or contact information with other donors who are either local to them or are interested in working on similar cloth diaper projects.

We do not share any personal information with any third parties nor do we use any personal information for any purposes beyond those stated here.

Upon joining RDA, both individuals and businesses will be sent personal log-in information and can modify/make changes to their personal contact information in our database.
