REAL DIAPER ASSOCIATION 2004 BOARD & EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SUMMARIES OF MINUTES

The Real Diaper Association Board of Directors meets annually in April, as well as meeting throughout the year when necessary. The board follows parliamentary procedure. Since RDA does not have statutory voting members, the official minutes of board meetings are not public, but summaries of minutes follow.

The Executive Committee meets once a week in most circumstances and does not follow parliamentary procedure, but does work with an agenda, distributed minutes, and detailed task lists. Summaries of these meetings follow, also.
